Durant counter with preset. 67” wide idlers, 5” diameter. If bypass inspection system, 65” wide product can be rewound. Detached unwind. 3” air shaft with 6” & 12” chucks. 8” Montalvo air brake. Fife pneumatic sensor. Automatic edge guiding; moves unwind left / right, +/- 3”. First idler moves with unwind. After unwind, goes into inspection system, light system. 3” diameter bowed roll before inspection light. 5” diameter rubber spreader roll after inspection system, before rewind. Center rewind. 5” diameter, 67” wide rubber-covered layon roll, which is air-loaded down against the rewinding roll. Can control the amount of pressure down on rewinding roll to help with tightly rewound rolls. 3” air rewind shaft.
